  • We complete all the paperwork with each individual client.
  • We install the equipment and train key personnel at each site.
  • We maintain a 24 hour-per-day help desk, monitored at all times.
  • Installations are done by P.O.S. West Ltd. at the merchant's convenience.
  • Month end reports are provided to each site. Weekly or daily verification is available on an as-needed basis.
  • Our personnel will complete an exchange of your machine if it becomes necessary to do so. We provide you with a new terminal and pin pad at no cost while the equipment is being repaired.
